Refund policy

Our 30-day returns policy states that after you place an order for an item, you have 30 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we will be able to evaluate the problem and make sure to resolve it.

 


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers or plants), customized products (for example, special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example, beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.

 


Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14 day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
